PCASH Privacy Policy
Last modified: September 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Field Systems LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the websites, RPC and node infrastructure, transaction relaying infrastructure, and other services that we operate in connection with PCASH (the “Services”). Your use of the Services is governed by our Terms of Service.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
If you contact us, request support, or report a problem, we receive the information you include. When you use the Services, we receive the contents of your requests, such as addresses you look up and transactions you submit. If you publish information through the Services, such as a marketplace offer, a token drop, or contract source code, we receive and host that information.
Information received automatically
When your browser or software sends requests to the Services, we and our service providers also receive technical information with those requests, such as IP addresses, timestamps, browser and device information, and request headers.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- respond to requests and communications;
- diagnose technical problems;
- secure the Services and prevent abuse;
- comply with law and legal process; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
How We Disclose Information
Service providers. We use hosting, cloud, content-delivery, network, and RPC providers to operate the Services. Our service providers may process and retain information associated with your requests when providing the Services.
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information where we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, investigate abuse, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others.
Business changes. We may transfer or share data to another entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, asset or stock sale, or other business transaction.
With your consent. We may disclose information at your direction or with your consent.
Browser Storage
The Services store information in your browser’s storage, including your PCASH wallet keys and the wallet signature they are derived from, notes, balances, transaction and marketplace records, preferences, and pending actions. You can remove it by clearing your browser’s data for the Services.
Third-Party Services
The Services work with wallets, browser extensions, nodes, relayers, name-lookup services, and other services that third parties operate independently. Those services handle information under their own terms and privacy policies, not this Policy.
Blockchain Information
Transactions and other information submitted to Ethereum, PCASH, or another public or decentralized network may be visible to, copied by, and retained by independent network participants. We cannot modify or delete information once it has been published to networks we do not control.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Services and to carry out the purposes described in this Policy, including security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our agreements. Information you publish through the Services, such as marketplace offers and token drops, is public and may remain available indefinitely.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at [email protected].
We may need additional information to verify your request and identify responsive records. Subject to applicable law, we may be unable to fulfill a request where we cannot reasonably associate information with you.
Children
The Services are not directed to people under eighteen (18) years old. If you believe we have received personal information from someone under eighteen, contact us at [email protected].
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. The updated Policy will show a new “Last modified” date. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Services.
